Explore Crossfit

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program for many.  It's training is designed to optimize the individuals' competency of physical tasks.  The program maximizes a neuro-endocrine response and develops power in the human by constantly ever-changing multiple training modalities.  We do not focus on specialized training rather cross-training with functional movements.

The Program

Our programming is universally scalable.  This allows any individual to join our facility, regardless of their fitness level or level of athletic achievements.  Our workouts can be tailored for grandparents, someone just diagnosed with heart complications or a newly enlisted marine.  We do not change our programming, rather the intensity and the weight.  All populations achieve the same outcomes and success.

The Athletes

We are not "members".  We are athletes.  

CrossFit training is inclusive.  As such, we encourage everyone to work with the same mental focus and preparation, regardless of where we come from when we walk through the doors.  All athletes enjoy optimal health.  They are protected from the aging and disease process.  Why wouldn't we want to be called athletes!

The CrossFit Journal

CrossFit.com also publishes the CrossFit Journal, designed to support the CrossFit community detailing the theory, techniques, and practices by our coaches in our gym.  In essence, CrossFit is bringing your garage and our gym together, making you a part of the CrossFit family.

The Training

Our classes are focused group training.  We also offer personalized programming with individualized goals.  Clinics and seminars are offered in addition to the regular training.  This offering is encouraged and will enhance the persons technique and improve on their performance output.  In addition we train athletic teams, corporate groups, arts organizations, coaches, or first responder agencies.
